Some people have a large impact on your life and empower you to make changes. I came into post as Manager of Playgroup Network (Newcastle) and have met, and worked with a lot of people but there have been a select few who have made a large impact on my life, my beliefs and my self confidence. I will write about them in later blogs. The point is, these people helped me realise that I am indeed a very good manager. They have helped me see that I do know my stuff and I actually have knack of being quite forward thinking and in understanding how I can provide groups with a brilliant service that meets their needs and productively ensures the group and staff continue to grow and raise standards for the children that attend. I also came to realise that in order to still be around to support the groups Playgroup Network really needed to evaluate the service they provided and the way they worked. That is why we have decided to set up kis ltd as a trading arm of Playgroup Network. It means that we can have more scope over the services that we provide. This blog is the story of us starting out and the progression we make.

I see kids ltd as a one stop shop for all childcare providers. We shall be bringing in new services such as bulk buy shop, web pages, photocopying, admin, development library, mentoring, the list is endless!!!

It is so exciting!
